Joan didn't like Marilyn. As for Jayne, Crawford said, "Well, at least Marilyn has some talent, although she so common.
Jayne Mansfield's idea of acting is filling a sweater!
"
Really?I read in a website that this is what Bettie Davis said about Jayne. The hilarious thing is that I am now seeing that this quote was added on imdb as a quote that was said by Jayne Mansfield LOL:

Lots of Old Hollywood really liked Jayne,
including Joan Crawford
, Bob Hope and Milton Berle.
I didn't know that Joan Crawford liked Jayne Mansfield. What did she say about her?

I thought Bette Davis didn't like her? But then again, whatever Joan Crawford liked, Bette Dab68vis didn't like.
I remember Tony Randall, before he died, mentioned about Jayne- he praised her.

Jayne was nobody's fool and had quite a high IQ as legend would have it. I can imagine her and Eddie Robinson getting on like a house on fire.

He seemed to like her. He showed her his art collection, some of which was used in the movie. Lots of Old Hollywood really liked Jayne, including Joan Crawford, Bob Hope and Milton Berle. Jayne was smart and could hold a conversation and was funny.
Professional Jayne Mansfield fanatic/lover since 1980.
