Why did you leave OLTL? I know everyone think that Andrea Evans is the "epitome" of Tina, but you were excellent in the role.

Kelli Maroney was great as Tina. And yes Andrea Evans was on The Young and the Restless at the time. But in between as Kelli exited and before Andrea took the role over I didn't care for Marsha Clarke as Tina. She didn't have it as Kelli and Andrea in the role.

Thank you. Tina is a great character, but I had already been on Ryan's Hope and had already moved to Los Angeles, and was waiting for NOTC to be released. I really wanted a film career, and the soaps simply do not work around film schedules. : )

Thank you. : )
I really wanted to be in films and I had already done Daytime for a long time. If I remember right they wanted to bring Tina back in the story but AE was still on another soap, so I always felt more that I was filling in than taking over that part. I was also trying to commute from Los Angeles, where I had relocated, back and forth to NYC, which makes Universal to Sony look like a walk accross the hallway. : )
