The discussion is so naive. Everyone in Hollywood has had cosmetic surgery.
Not as extreme or hideous as some that I've seen, but definitely has had work done.

I agree completely with the OP: definite cosmetic surgery! I didn't recognize her at all in the more recent photos!
I just watched her in her '80s TV flick "Bay Cove". Her eyes were much bigger, now they look half their size. Likely from eye/face lifts.
She still looks pretty good though; its just a shame she couldn't age naturally.
I never watched her much, but I knew her name. So I came up here & discovered she was Nancy Drew. As a child of the '80s, I certainly remember that character lol!
Its a shame that Ms. Martin didn't work much, I'm rather surprised.

If she has had any work done, it was very well done as she doesn't look like she's approaching 60 & trying to look like a 30 year old. Personally, I think she looks awesome.

Amen. Who cares? Ask yourself WHY you care adn even feel the need to discuss it. That would be a far better use of your time.

I don't think she has had plastic surgery. I was initially quite shocked when I saw the pics of her taken at the Poseidon premiere. Then I felt ashamed that I would be so judgemental about the natural aging process. I just hadn't seen her since she left Dynasty, so had been expecting her to look exactly the same.
I think it is wonderful that she is aging gracefully, and wish more Hollywood Stars would follow her example. If we allowed our Stars to age normally, they would provide an example to us, and we as a society wouldn't be so morbidly obsessed with looking 21 forever.

NO no. Pammy has aged very much so, and very well too. If she appears that way, to have had a refreshing, it's only her beauty remaining so. She's got some lines goin on when it comes to her face. I think age is only making her more beautiful. I certainly prefer it that way. Kudos to Pammy Sue!
This limbo is no place, to be a digit in another space!

To me it looks like any work she may have had done has been minimal. She has lines around her eyes which wouldn't be there had she had botox. She looks wonderful and has aged gracefully.

oh no , she has a bit of crows feet around the eyes, but she still looks good. but lets be fare here.in hollywood only men are can get away with { growing old gracefully},I mean
[Sean Conarey, 007 , sexyest man alive, still working. Harrison Ford still WORKING.Gene Hackman still working . BUT Their female counter parts and co stars are teenagers or under 35 yaers old, hollywood have little respect for ageing women even if they grow old with grace.so i say these mature women of talent. do what ever you have to do to keep the doors open . long enough to remind writers, directers and producer that its about talent. age is only a number.
looking forward to seeing more of pamela on the tube and sreen
check out vh1 i love the 70s 1977 vol 2 tribute to pamela's nancy drew.
she is on her way to a come back.

That's the first thing I thought when I saw the pics of her at the Poseiden premiere, but I guess she can't stay the same age as Nancy Drew forever I think it would be nice if women would allow themselves to age gracefully, though- I think in most cases surgery does more harm than good Having said all that, I think she still looks beautiful and classy.
