Why did Pamela Sue Martin leave Hollywood and the entertainment industry and flee to Sun Valley, Idaho? She could've stayed and continued her career. She was a wonderful actress and a nice person with a warm smile. She could've stayed on Dynasty. In 1984 she still looked very young and could've continued to play Fallon.

She was simply ready to move on to something else. She was a very anxious person by the time the 4th season of "Dynasty" came around. She wanted a break. Anyway, she seemed to do just fine, and she acted in a few more projects after the fact.
I've got a trump card, and when I'm ready, I'm going to use it.
