no i don't think she was trying to be funny. shes said stuff like that before being serious. she was on the view a couple months ago and she said that she "doesn't eat"

I think she was going for sarcasm, but it didn't work because it was true. Guiliana looked great. She is skinny and trim, but she looks healthy. Debbie on the other hand, hosts the Fashion Police and talks about other celebrities and how they look at events. She occasionally makes comments about others being too skinny. I think E! should pull her from that hosting job. Her apperance is not a healthy one to convey to young girls.

And did you hear what she said when Guiliana DePandi asked how she stayed so thin? She pulled a mint our of her mouth and said, "This is the first thing I've had all day. Seriously, I don't eat. I'm sick of all these women coming up going, 'Oh, I ate a cheeseburger and a milkshake before I got here!' We really just don't eat that much."
It's possible she was going for sarcasm, but maybe not, she wasn't saying it sarcastically. And her appearance sort of spoke for itself in that it's not a joke that she doesn't eat.
