On that date charactor actor Doug McClure passed away from lung cancer, man i was shocked this guy was so cool when he was acting back in the 60's , especially playing Trampas in The Virginian from 62 to 70 . After that he was in some good flicks in the 70's and then one day he had a small role in 52 Pick Up and that was a start to his career ending he looked bloated back in 86' How he managed to survive for another 9 years i dont know , then in early 94 i found out he was ill then he passed away at 59 , still by today's figures that was young. To think of losing an actor like him is one split second , one time mentioned on CBS and thats it , and the old saying next.
