It was an Indie film, released at a couple of U.S. festivals in 1998 and 1999. IMDb has no data on box office gross so it may have gone straight to video. I even signed up for the free trial of IMDb Pro to get contact information for the production company but the web site and email address they listed are obsolete (sigh).

Was it a distributed film, or a made-for-tv flick? There was a mini series she did in OZ that I have been dying to find, with zero luck! It seems it was never distributed and does not replay anymore. I hope you have better luck!!
