Bill McKinney played the role of Victor Burnett in the movie Ghost Town filmed in Maggie Valley, NC. His role was one of a bitter and angry father sought on revenge, and Bill McKinney played the character to the max. His portrayal was delivered with expert precision and believable depth. I truly enjoyed watching him in this movie and am grateful for the opporutnity to have been in his presence at the premiere. Thank you for a wonderful performance.
