Loved this actress as Col Grant in Strike Back. She would be the perfect person to take over from Judi Dench as M in Bond IMHO.

Not to mention the fact that she kind of resembles Judi Dench. They could have casted her as M in the new Bond films and it would have made more sense. And yes, I know all about the "James Bond is just a code name" fan theory.
