<p dir="auto">I think you meant the green hornet, smith was never attached to helm a green arrow adaptation, though he did write a few comics for it. But in regards to the green hornet, it was all based on speculation, Mewes didn't know but overheard the hype and actually asked Smith if he was his choice for the character, he said no.<br />
Smith's green hornet script is getting adapted into a comic book mini-series, sort of, focusing on hornet and kato's descendant's in a modern day setting.<br />
