What about Eva Green for Yenn ?

This is a good, solid cast. Wouldn't be opposed to it. Now, casting characters like Yenn and Regis will be a bit more difficult, I think.

Considering the production company is the same one that made the intros for all three games and they have a connection with the author, albeit a very tenuous and remote one. The author has always distanced himself from the games claiming they are not canon and refuses to even play them. He's even gone so far as to say that the success of the games in part has caused a decline to his readership because many were furious believing that he'd sold out.

Do the producers listen to the authors ? I would love it to happen. Mads is the best choice. I hoped he would be Euron on GOT too but it didn't happen.

Even Sapkowski wants Mads Mikkelsen to play Geralt. It makes a lot of sense. Great actor with a unique look who can convey subtle emotions.

The Witcher series started out as a book series. Its more known for the game series that CDPR created from the source material.
It basically follows Geralt a witcher which is a person who has been mutated at a young age to enhance strength, reflexes, and speed to be able to hunt monsters for a price.
