<p dir="auto">I just saw him as Count Vronsky in "Anna Karenina." He was excellent. It was easy to believe that Vivian Leigh was in love with him.<br />
I had not heard of him before, so I was surprised to find that he starred in "Day of the Triffids," one of my favorite science-fiction films of the early 1960's.<br />
I will look out for him in more classic films in the future.</p>

<p dir="auto">Yes indeed. He was great in the League of Gentlemen and practically everything else he ever starred in. A well known face in the fifties and sixties. I shall miss him. RIP.</p>
