Dubya was never elected. It was stolen again in 2004 via the Diebold machines which couldn't be audited nor leave a paper trail. The Democrats fought their rolling out and the Republicans wanted them.
The night of the election, the news media gasped (and then never mentioned it again) when the exit polling which was being done even more carefully than ever because of the debacle from 4 years earlier was dramatically skewed from the official vote count, but only in the states with the Diebold machine and always in favor of Dubya.
So when you serve two terms when you've never been elected, what we get is the mess Dubya/Cheney left us, which we'll be recovering from for2000 decades.
No movie Moore made could counter yet another national theft of that sort.
