These clips are all over youtube. It is probably easy for me to say this as I have interacted with most dog breeds and never once had a problem, but those posties just come across as pussies when they run, some even clear the gate in a single jump, all for a little dog whos loudest bark sounds like your loudest fart.
I saw a clip once when a postman arrived at someones door and a ****ing doberman or something just jumped through the door window and the guy bolted, THAT is understandable, but running away from lap dogs? come on dude, if you just stand still then chances are when it gets to you it wont do ****, just bark some more.
and if it does bite you? then congrats, contact a scumbag lawyer and take the owners for all they have and also demand the dog gets destroyed. you are now wealthy and you dont look like a massive Sheila.

Toby chased a kid in a park once and it was pretty mortifying. She was wearing a princess dress and she ran past our picnic so he thought it was a game and started to chase her and she was screaming. I was trying to catch him but had a glass of champagne in my hand. If she had just stood still then he would have stopped and he wasn't gonna bite her or anything.
Mostly when people have reacted scared to my dogs I just roll my eyes. I have had people jump in fear at Molly who is basically a teddy bear. A baby teddy bear
