Looks like this guy's going to be an important part of the "Mad Men" cast from here on in. I wonder if he'll be a good guy or a villain?

Those definitions are pretty vague. By that logic any character on the show could be a hero/b68prototagonist or a villain/antagonist.

Scott-957:
I've watched every episode of the show, think it's the best current series on television, and helped write the show's Wikipedia article.
A "Hero/protagonist", by definition, is a character that we sympathize with mosb68t of the time, while a "Villain/antagonist" is one which we do not sympathize with but nevertheless enjoy watching/reading about. Any decent piece of fiction is going to have both.
Considering the content and quality of your reply, I think you ought to stick to your original policy of "almost never posting". Do your parents/nanny know that you're fooling around on the Internet?

i almost never post. but on this one i will.
i question if you've even watched 'mad men'
villain? the show doesn't have a single villain. (in my mind, or at least in season 1 that is). every character is solely acting and reacting to their lives. no one is being 'evil/villainous'. i so hope season 2 doesn't introduce any form of 'good/evil' or 'hero/villain' aspect to the show. i'm not attempting to start a fight, and i don't really think you meant your question the way i took it, but the question seams so out of touch with the show that i just had to flag it. among myriad reasons why i love the show, the lack of heroes/villains has to be what keeps be coming back for more. (i guess that's the reason i don't watch things like 'ugly betty'. (not that there is anything wrong with 'ugly betty', i just prefer watching shows like 'mad men' and 'tell me you love me'.)
however, back to your post. yes to does feel like we have a new character in 'duck' for season 2. i look forward to watching mark moses bring more of the 'everyday man' strength he has as an actor to a show already so strong.
