Looks like a bad photoshop to me. Make up can only do so much

That's a pretty unflattering picture though in the full glare of the sunlight.
But yes, I don't doubt she needs a bit of airbrushing now and again!
When I first looked at that picture I thought it was Pamela Anderson on a good day
