So, as I was enjoying the miracle of YouTube the other day, I came across the Raggedy Ann and Andy cartoon "The Pumpkin Who Couldn't Smile". Of course I watched it, I'm a nostalgic person, but the part with the cop who reports the ghosts and stuff: I'm convinced it was Richard Mulligan doing the voice, but I can't find anything that proves or disproves it. Does anyone know?!

It's actually Howard Stern, believe it or not. He's talked about it a few times on his show.
