I thought he was brilliant in O Brother Where Art Thou but I just find his acting plain annoying in Minority Report and The Incredible Hulk, he just seems out of place and over the top.

Word. He seems to be THE character actor for his type. When you need quirky-funny and a touch of pathos, Tim seems to be the go-to guy.

He's always very well cast. Does a good job in every role. He's more than a good actor, though. He's an all talented guy.
