At least four times I have seen the first half second of 2000an ad or PSA with Chris Noth. But it never goes past that first half second.
It looks like he's wearing a suit and there's a white backdrop.
It looks like it's filmed in b/w or it could just be the lighting but it's hard to tell with just a brief look.
Does anyone know what this ad is for or has anyone else seen it in its entirety? The first time I saw it I figured it was just a technical glitch at the station. But 4 times is a bit much and now makes me wonder what it could be for.
I've only ever seen it weekday mornings when I have the news on. Maybe it has happened more frequently or at different times of day but this is the only time I have noticed.

Still seeing this 1/2 second beginning of an ad with Chris. It's always in the morning during CBS news.
The ad begins and i see enough to know it's Chris but just as he's about to speak it cuts off and another ad starts. It's the weirdest thing. But it's every morning.
I've googled and checked youtube but have not found anything. Does anyone know what this is for?
I'm curious because i never get to see the actual ad, only a second of it. It makes me think that maybe it's for a local NY vendor or charity and my local feed (or national commercials) are put in its place.
But you'd think that at some point someone on the network/channel end would notice that this happens all the time. I've never seen this happen so consistently with any other ad.
