She's lucky she didn't do this thirty years ago, when things "happened" to people who didn't2000 pay their gambling bills.

What kind of money do you think an actress like her makes? I've always wondered she is fairly well known but other than her being a bit player on NYPD for 3 or 4 years her career has just been 6-10 tv series guest roles per year. I can't imagine she has more than $250k in her best year. Of course she is smoking hot so she no doubt has never dated anybody that wasn't a millionaire.

I worked at caesars palace during the 90's and many times took care of her needs in the casino and yes she lost at least a million that I saw.So can you imagine what the final amount whould have been in many other casinos. She was always a lady and a pleasure too be around,I worked in the casino business for over 40 yrs and can tell you they are blood sucking heartless corporations only concerned with the bottom line.

Whether she HAS to is beside the point.
One wonders if she DID pay it back, when she could. An ethical person would if they were later making good money, whether or not they HAD to.

I worked in a major casino in vegas that she lost a few million in.She was always a perfect lady,even when she lost large sums of money .I believe all those marriages were to help her pay of her markers but came to a end when the men realized how bad she was hooked.The casinos are a scourge on society and have been the downfall of thousands of people,yet they continue to thrive thru the whole country.Hope she has ki2000cked the horrible habit.

I've always wondered why people seem to revel in the negative aspects of others lives and laugh about them. Especially celebrities. Boredom? Lack of character? Sad.

Her brother passed away in 2003 or 2004. I know it was before her son was born in May 2004 - because he's named in memory of him.

That would depend on what type of bankruptcy she filed (Chapter 7, or 13).
Chapter 7, she wouldn't have to pay anyone back.
Chapter 13, there are condition in which she would be able to keep certain properties and pay back a portion of what she owes on her debt.
