I remember seeing him in a christmas special as a villain, an evil businessman who kidnaps Santa Claus and I think he learns the spirit of Christmas then becomes good. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and where I can actually find this? Thanks

It was called A VERY RETAIL CHRISTMAS from 1990.
