<p dir="auto">I've been fan of his for years. This is not meant as an insult but I've seriously always wondered if he might have a slight case of Down syndrome. The shape of his face and head always remind me of people with Down.</p>

<p dir="auto">PO being extremely intelligent is just part of his act, but I don't think he has Down Syndrome. After watching him on netflix, I thought something seemed off though</p>

<p dir="auto">First, you can't have a "slight case of Down syndrome". It's an extra chromosome. You either have it or you don't.<br />

Second, Patton is extremely intelligent. He's about as far away on the intelligence bell curve from someone with Down Syndrome as you can get.<br />
