Given that the Metal Gear movie was supposed to be set before Snake ever joined Foxhound I don't see were you get the idea that the character should be in it.

I think he's not feminine enough for Raiden, but he could surely play Grey Fox yeah. I don't really have high hopes that the MGS film will ever see the light of day though.

Konami have already made 4 MGS movies, they were all released on Sony platforms and allowed you to play a game between the cut scenes!

i am so agreeing with u!! god, i just wish for it to happen! i vote Ray Park for FoxGrey and i also want to mention that Hugh Jackman would do a great solid snake!

However its only been in the last year or so that Kojima said he was interested in selling the rights to a film adaptation. Most recent developments suggest they are in the market for both scripters and a director (David Hayter turned in a potential script, Kojima didn't like it and is still shopping around).

Konami could do what Capcom and Square Enix did, make their own MGS movie without needing a hollywood film.

If they were going to make a Metal Gear movie, I'd rather they make one that followed closely to the game's storyline or they risk effing it up big time, cause the game itself had such a celebrated storyline.

Ummmm if they make a movie of Metal Gear Solid, they will make one of the 1st game then if that does good the 2nd and so on. Personally I think they should start with the old Metal Gear game back in 87.
But yeah Ray Park as Grey Fox is perfect, there is no better person to play him.

If the MGS film is going to be a direct adaptation of the game (which is pointless, go play the damn game) then yes, he'd be perfect.
