I'd say it was her very last, in the FRASIER episode where Frasier goes to Boston and attends Cliff's retirement party. After everyone else says how much they'll miss Cliff, who is bound for Florida, Carla can't contain her happiness. And after Frasier convinces Cliff to stay in Boston, Carla goes completely berserk with rage! You CANNOT watch Rhea's performance without cracking up.
