Stevie Nicks, another wonderful singer whom I adore, has Lori Perry Nicks on many of her albums. I assume that she married her brother. Is Lori Perry Nicks any relation to Steve?

"Perry" is not Steve's true sir name. It is a Portuguese name "Pereira" that is similar to Perry in some respects. His father Raymond had the family name changed from Pereira to Perry when he and his wife Mary came to the U.S.

Prior to marrying Stevie Nicks' brother, Lori was married to Gordon Perry, and still uses her "Perry" name, in combination with her "Nicks" name. To the best of my knowledge, Gordon is not related to Steve Perry, either.
Lori and Steve, just happen to both have great voices.
What, can't you be serious, just for once in your life?

There's not necessarily a relation. Steve Perry is Portuguese and many Portuguese would anglicize their names when coming to the USA to fit in better. Usually English names that sound similar are chosen. As it happens with this name perry is a drink made from pears and Pereira literally means "pear tree" ( believed to be of Jewish origin ). His last name was most likely Pereira ( like me ) originally and so Perry was chosen. Same thing with Joe Perry from Aerosmith. Therefore, although they may share the same name, they are probably not related. I don't know her background though to be sure but if there were a relation it would probably be known
