It's legit called "Authenticity" which means you communicate the way you think and feel.
Being a therapist isn't about being "nice" it's about being real and accurate in relation to reality.
Do you think that talking to some hardcore criminal is supposed to be nice? It's supposed to be positive yet confrontational.
If a person is treating you nicely while you are creating a disaster, they are not nice and don't care about you.

Trannies tend to have higher suicide rates, I'd suggest that it's probably because they come to regret their choice of mutilating their body and hormone levels. The "progressives" would say that it's because of the stigma/transphobia. But if that were the case, they probably would have offed themselves a lot sooner.
What I don't understand is why they would make the change if it doesn't make them happier with themselves. Supposedly, these crazy trannies just want to be able to live and express who they feel they really are, but it's clear that so many of them are more focused on trying to convince other people how good their decision was and how everyone should see them the way they see things. Normal people don't desperately seek validation from society as a whole. Normal people just go about their lives and do what they want to do, without expecting everyone else to praise and agree with them.
