Actually based after testimony of Manuel Contreras former head of DINA under Pinochets goverment. Although their is a chance though that he was attampting to save his own ass. However I do feel that he is most likely telling the Truth Based on Pinochets record as President of Chile, and his activeties of tax fraud.
