Growing up 7 years younger than Suzanne, she was always a fantasy woman to me. She was so gorgeous and sensous. Beautiful in everything she ever did, but somehow she really jumped off the screen to me in the 1966 movie Mr. Budwing, with James Garner. I once read where she and George Maharis(Route 66 TV show) drove from N.Y. to California together in what must have been 1956-57. She made an impact on me that I guess will last forevr, and I'm glad she did. Hud

Yes. I just want SP to get some of the love she deserves. And that Newhart ep' when he wakes up next to her and says he had the strangest dream (the whole New Hampshire show) was so inspired and funny, how can you not love her. Plus the first Newhart show was wacky funny. Bonerz the dentist, Marcia the receptionist. What funny goofy stuff. Along with Mary Tyler Moore, MASH and Cheers, a golden age of TV comedy.
I'm not a woman much less Deanna Durbin, but the old-time glam-shot appeals to me.

I was just a kid when the Bob Newhart show was on. Certainly, I was too young to have prurient thoughts on my mind, but as I reflect on some of these old photos< Phew!!! She was totally hot. Pretty face and killer body. Newhart was one lucky dawg!

Yeah, Hitchcock new how to pick ''em. He was so set on making Hedren a ''Star'' he didn't notice that, even plainly dressed and made up, Pleshette outclassed her. And, when Hitchcock and Hedren did ''Marnie'', Diane Baker left her in the dust, both in beauty and acting talent.

I was merely a child when the original Bob Newhart show was on the air, but I never forgot Ms. Pleshette's beauty and grace.
Yep, she did the same thing for me tooand, I'm over twenty years her junior. The only actress with the same sort of appeal which is more of a contemporary of mine would be Demi Moore but, she can't hold a candle to Suzanne! Does anyone recall a movie in which she played a "stewardess"(back in the day, lingo) who had survived a plane crash and was called in reluctantly to aid in the forensic analysis? Maybe I have it confused with a tv-series, not sure but, I can't find it in her list of credits. Spoiler Alert: I remember the cause of the crash turned out to be spilled coffee on the aircraft electronics and that it was in black and whiteno other details than that. Please help, thanks!

exactly agreed she is a lot more beautiful than tippi in the birds. as a kid i thought wow what a beautiful girl when i saw tippi hedren in the birds but now as an adult she's very ordinary and plain looking to me and she is ordinary and plain looking in the birds. usually brunettes are more beautiful than blondes for some reason i dont know what it is.
i guess the blonde hair is too bright for a girl's face compared to the dark of brunette hair. so the blonde hair detracts from a girl's beautiful face. i think that's what it is. oh and of course it's that brunette hair either light brown or dark brown is more beautful than blonde hair of any kind.
