<p dir="auto">We knew Ms. Pleshette as a very pretty and girlish 'shaped' woman - for most of her career. IMDB chooses a matronly, plump picture to be her description. Without being Drumpfian I think we all remember her as being quite spry, etc.</p>

<p dir="auto">My understanding is that IMDb does not choose or add the photos.  They are added through IMDb Pro by the person who is the subject of the page or someone connected to him or her.</p>
