Whether it was as Will "Ya Can't Polish a Turd" Darnell in "Christine" or Sgt. Stan "Come On, They're Gettin' Away Out There" Jablonski in "Hill Street Blues," he wouldn't have had to play any other roles and he would still have been legendary.

He was very good in Thief. I thought he was some veteran character actor at that time but then I looked up his imdb page and was surprised to learn it was actually his film debut. Glad to see he had a nice career after Thief.
