<p dir="auto">If it is, he had to have been aged for his role of Uncle George on The Dick Van Dyke Show.  He appears to be in his mid to late 60's there, not the 43 the IMDB DOB would suggest.</p>

Try to see him in Roy Rogers Show. I had to look up Lyle Talbot in a 1953 episode and noticed Denver Pyle listed as Tom Larrabee in the episode. I did not recognize the young man that was accused of killing Talbot's character. What a "baby" face he had in 1953! Mr Pyle is listed in a few other episodes of Roy Rogers Show also. Try to catch one of them to see how young he looks then. I always loved seeing him when I was a child and still love him now.</p>
