Why has he been linked to three fantasy films? I would have thought even people who like he work wouldn't have thought he was interested in fantasy films. His background seems to be more light-hearted and comic and something like Conan is more darker and violence. I know that he was really used as a threat to get Peter Jackson back to direct The Hobbit. And know he is filming a Hercules: The Thracian Wars with Dwayne Johnson. I personally think at best it is going to be a 300 knock-off but possibly just be a weaker version of The Scorpion King or the Warner Brothers Titans films: it is certainly not going to be a loyal adaptation of Greek mythology.
