<p dir="auto">personally i would say Andrew Niccol (Gattaca(his debut film in 1997)/Lord of War etc) beats a large chunk of that list overall as he's not failed me yet on the four films he's done as all four of his films are memorable with the best of the bunch being 'Lord of War' which is one of my all time favorite films.<br />
but to make some comments on the article</p>

Best: probably The Game/Se7en<br />
Worst: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button<br />
p.s. i find him to be overrated in gen16d0eral to as even his best films are nothing TOO memorable.</li>

he's not failed me yet as all four of his films i would say are memorable although those two there are the top of the four so far.</li>
