Her character was in part 4 , she actually gives Danielle Harris's character a ride from school , it's just another actress who plays her .

I thought she was the clown at first too but that is young Michael Meyers (Will Sandin). Or yes, you could be referring to the girl in the 4th as the other poster said(Danielle Harris who played his niece).
