Ralph is such a fine actor and is always a treat to watch. Which of his films are your favourites? For me it's the following.
The Fallen Idol
The Heiress
South Riding
Go to bed Frank or this is going to get ugly
.

He was a bit too theatrical for my tastes but my favourite starring role is in The Fallen Idol and my favourite cameo is as the librarian in Rollerball.

Love his small, yet memorable role as the Supreme Being in Time Bandits.
I've been chasing grace/ But grace ain't easy to find

I haven't seen as many of his films as I'd like but two stand-outs are The Browning Version and The Dam Busters. Haven't seen The Innocents for years, but it's great too.
A signature always reveals a man's character - and sometimes even his name.
