I just started watching season 3 of "In Treatment".
I am amazed by this show and the depth and intelligence in it.
All while, at least in the first season we think Paul is such a know-it-all smart
guy, until we start to see he has problems too, and over the seasons now his
problems are moving more towards the center of the program.
To me that is such amazingly subtle and fantastic writing all in such
a structured format or TV and this show of session by session.
I love the contraposition of the defense mechanisms we see at work so
h16d0ard in Paul's patients against his own defense mechanisms with Gina and
also Adele.
I am really thankful that Paul has enough internal honesty to realize that
Adele has a bead on his and gets him the way they do that in this
season is just amazing to watch.
This is one of the best TV/movie things I've ever seen.
This is what TV should be, and the new mythology about people that should
be

This latest episode that aired Tues., Nov 30th if it doesn't win her an Emmy and Bryne also for that matter, then something is terribly wrong.

She is the best part of this show!

Yeah, she's terrific! One correction, though: Adele turns out to be Paul's new therapist, not a patient of his.
