I was coming downstairs from the canteen in the Victorian Arts Centre in Melbourne. I opened the door at the bottom and there she was on the other side just about to open the door. I knew she was around the place (she was playing Queen Victoria in a play) but I was so surprised I simply genuflected on the spot and said 'Your Majesty'. She was so charming and laughed.
