Did he have a small part in the movie version of Rent? The "New Yorker" whose T cells are2000 low during the first meeting?
If it wasn't him, does anyone know who that is?

The person who played that part is Wayne Wilcox (imdb page http://www.imdb.com/board/21661508/). He played Marty in a few episodes of Gilmore Girls.
