What a pleasant surprise to see Tom Everett Scott in the role of the governor
of New York! I do hope that this is a recurring character that will continue
into next season.

I'm sure you will be seeing him next season. I love how they set up the governor to be Jack McCoy's enemy with this episode should add some interesting story possibilities for next season.
