I was disappointed this fella wasn't considered for any Bruce Wayne rolesespecially since he did Barry Allen/Flash so well.

Not a big enough star.
Everybody who became Batman had done a good amount of movies before becoming Batman. This guy's only be in like 4 feature films and The Flash films weren't received all that well.
