I was just watching an episode of hom Improvement and the voice that was being used to hsow one of the little girls having a tantrum was EXACTLY like Lilians from RugRats. I'm lead to believe this Kath Soucie did Lil's voice. Anyway, it isn't noted down on the IMDB list but i'm 100% sure she made a cameo voice appearance in it.
I don't have the name of the episode title but the synopsis was: "When Marty refuses to discipline his daughters, Jill is left to be the bad guy as Tim tries to placate the girls and his brothers."
Anyway, i just thought it were interesting lol

Actully It is her doing the voice in that episode and I know that its in the last season go to TV.com and search the episode guide and look for the last season She is cretited Yes I realise I misspelt that for her voice over.
