Where did you get this info. All that I have read said that it has added a new twist to the show. The people I know that watch the showthink she's great and it was good that Shepherd is going out with her..because Grey has become a bit of a whiner.
As far as chemistry. (And this is my opinion) The Dr. Shepherd/Grey back and forth relationship is getting very old. It's like Ross & Rachel on Friends, they just overused it until it become tiresome.
And Ellen Pompeo is attractivebut not as good looking as Lauren Stamile.
