Lauren is a brilliant actress (in addition being absolutely beautiful). She was great in her first episode of Grey's Anatomy, and if you missed it, find a way to watch it! She's a perfect (and much needed) new addition to the show and she definitely renewed my excitement to watch it, especially considering the chemistry she had with Dr. Shephard (Parick Dempsey). It looks like she'll be on several more episodes and I can't wait to see more!
