I just saw "No Place to Hide", the new episonde of ER that Suddoth directed and it was terrible. The music and the cuts to commercials were so off And there was absolutely zero interaction between Neela and Ray - the one thing I've been so anxiously anticipating for four weeks. Just terrible.

If there was no interaction between two characters then pin down the writers not the director. He can only direct what oth5b4ers wrote.
Most viewers judged the episode as good, nothing special, but good. So I guess Skipp did a pretty solid job as director.
