According to a recent interview with her widow Bruce Sudano in BILLBOARD, there is some news about Summer

1. There is some unreleased material by Summer which he plans on releasing at some point (no dateline was given, sorry!). It sounds encouraging
2. Her B'way musical - which she tried to get on stage back in the late 1990s - is finally taking shape. Tommy Motola and The Dodgers (the people who brought us 'Jersey Boys') is bringing it to workshop this summer. A director, music director, choreographer,and casting agent are already in place. Auditions were held earlier this month for principal roles. The working title - so far - is 'The Donna Summer Project'.
