Vince Vaughn. I'm not sure what it is exactly but there's something about his voice or the way he speaks and occasionally the way he looks. Anyone agree or am I just going crazy here?

Not crazy, there is something about his mouth and smile.
However, there is now a much better contender for spitting image: Trevor Noah.
Try and Google images "Daniel Sunjata Trevor Noah" and I dare you to pick which is which for every image. Uncanny.
