To protect from riots from either side no matter who wins the election.
This happened because we have a Dem. as president.
If Trump was president they would not have allowed it just like how there were hardly any guards of the Capitol on 1/6.
He or someone else gave orders to not have the Cap. secure.
Why not?
Because they were his people who are white.
