when i first saw him after he dropped the weight, i was for sure thinking one of those gastric bypass surgeries, because it was a pretty dramatic change. I want to believe it was just a suger free diet, definetly possible, but actors, and actress's have been known to lie about stuff like that. im sure star jones was on a sugar free diet too.. lol.
i think this guy is a great actor though, so doesnt really matter. cant believe he was only 16 in the boy meets world years, he was huge lol. Not every day your skinnier at 31 than you were when you were 16.

GlorielTheGlorious - the same thing happened with me. I was rewatching "Blow" and realized that "Randy" & "Tuna" were both the same person! I couldn't believe the difference.

I didn't notice his weight loss untill I rewatched Blow shortly after a My Name is Earl marathon. The difference is amazing, and though still more than chubby, he looks healthy238 for the first time

He definitely has lost a good amount of w5b4eight. Suplee was definitely a blimp several years ago, especially in AMERICAN HISTORY X. With his girth and that skinhead of his, I couldn't help but think of Wilson Fisk, AKA the Kingpin from Marvel Comics. Now since he's lost weight, grew his beard longer, and with those glasses on, he resembles a taller Kevin Smith.
