I was 19 yrs old, Penthouse published the photo's that Jimmy took of the Hooker in the hotel.
I bought that issue just to see the photo's and read the story.
I was so naive back then and the whole thing was a real education on people for me.
I was really empressed with article, how it coverd the war between all the TV evangelist.
Jimmy got a certain TV evangelist busted for buying hookers.
Of course it cost that particular TV evangelist his job and credability,
so the guy hired a Private Investigator to catch old Jimmy with his pants down.
It took awhile but they did catch Jimmy in the act, they had to flatten Jimmy's tire to keep him
from driving away from the parking lot of the sleezy, old, rent by the hour, hotel.
I remember the interview with the Hooker, she described an incedent where Jimmy saw some
photo's of her daughter (When she pulled out her wallet)
She claimed that Jimmy had asked if he could get friendly with her daughter.
She claims despite Jimmie's begging, she refused !
What she claimed that Jimmy asked to do with her daughter was really evil and predatorial.
If what this woman said Jimmy wanted of her daughter was true (Which wouldn'5b4t suprise me)
Then I am scared for the children Jimmy taught in Sunday School.
Jimmy saw the hooker on a regular basis,
Jimmy would lay on the ground so he could photograph up her skirt.
Penthouse published the photo's that Jimmy took from the ground.
It also coverd his history as a preacher.
I thought it was interesting that Jimmy had written a book on pornography,
describing it as a sin that grips the viewer like an addiction.
I also was blowing away when the hooker said
"That Jimmy was constantly asking her to pose in postitions, Mr Swaggert said
that he had seen in differn't porn magazines."
It just goes to show you that it isn't a good idea to repress your sexuality.
Old Mr Swaggert is a creepy man with a lot of personal demons.
This is one of religions many faults.
