She sounds like the Decoy Queen from Star Wars Episode 1 ALOT like her. I am watching Star Trek DS9 Season 2 Episode 18 labeled profit and loss. She sounds EXACTLY like the decoy queen. I dont know the decoys name, id have to watch the movie again. But i know without a doubt that it sounds exactly like her, but it isnt her.
